All classes are in person and open for registration.
Audition Intensive
Last Saturday/ Sunday
with Hamza Fouad
Each students will film network auditions. Through in-depth script analysis and specific feedback, Hamza works with actors to foster authentic performances that are uniquely their own.
Whether you’re preparing for auditions or refining your on-camera presence, this class is designed to help you approach your work with greater clarity, and confidence in your choices.
DAY ONE: focuses on the business of auditioning, script analysis, cold reading and technical skills. At the end of the day students will be assigned a film or television audition and asked to deliver a cold read implementing the days lessons. They will then take the pieces home and prepare them for our next day.
DAY TWO: is our in person casting sessions. Students will audition for their respective roles while Hamza facilitates class discussion around who gets the part, and why.
